ARE THERE RULES & REGULATIONS FOR FILIPINOS WHO WANT TO TRAVEL&TOUR THE WORLD

I have heard of many who where offloaded from the plane because the Airport Immig. Officer in Philippines is not satisfied with the documents that a traveller hand-in to them. Do we have a travel guide abroad for Filipinos who can afford to travel and tour other parts of Asia and the world? Because of budget airlines - Fare is very affordable now, plus there are backpackers accomodation abroad which helps the travel to save and enjoy their holidays. But to pass thru the philippine immigration is very very tough. My friend who is a retired teacher and together with her niece booked a ticket and reserve a hotel for their stay in Singapore but sad very sad thing happen ... the Immig Officer suspected her to going overseas and look for a job? In other words for Filipinos when we want to travel its sometimes impossible. The money wasted, time incured and the excitement is all thrown in the rubbish bin. What a waste! we are in a third world country and i guess will be there forever... in Indonesia and India and other Asian country it is not difficult to come out of their country to go for holiday.. they are even encourage to work abroad and help their families. But in Philippines its not the case... the President cannot do anything .. its a disease that has no medicine.
So for Pinoys who want to go overseas if you have relatives abroad - travel with invitation and complete documents but that doesnt mean that you are 100% can go out its still 50-50. For those who are rich, poor, middle class - if you planning to go for Holiday abroad - its either successful or you lost money....
